cabron

i've been very busy the past months that updating my blog becomes the last in my priority… I remembered that the last time i wrote  something on my blog was 6 months ago.I've encountered a lot since then…travel, work, personal etc…hopefully, i could grasp again my writing instinct and attack the blogosphere with a vengeance bwehehe.

first things first. im currently here in the land of our nation's boxing nemesis. en estados unidos mexicano.

and contrary to what we've heard, this is, i think, one of the friendliest countries that i've been to. the people here are kind and warm. the only problem i have here is that i don't speak spanish, except for some Filipinized Spanish words that we know i.e, atras, abante, salida, por que, como esta, mas y menos, gastos, lugar, calle, centro, etc.

and, one word that stuck to my mind is their word "cabron" . bale kung baga sa atin, ito ang word na parang "gago" or animal, pero pwede ring gamitin bilang "tsong" , para or tropapips.  bale depende ito kung paano i dedeliver ng nagsasalita ang litanyan yun…kahit nga ang Red Hot Chili Peppers ay may isang kantang dedicated sa salitang latinong ito.

At siempre, dahil nga sa araw araw na ginawa ng dios, as in por dios por santo, e espanol ang salita ng kausap ko, no choice ang ating hero na mag aral ng espanol, ika nga e "habla espanol senor hernandez".  bumili ako ng spanish phrase book, dictionary, and search our friendly neighboorhood youtube para matutunan ang kanilang salita. Sa bagay na ito ay nanghihinayan ako, kung bakit ba naman tinanggal ni pangulong Cory ang spanish sa ating kurikulum.

oo nga at tama si pareng heber bartolome sa kanyang awiting tayo's mga pinoy, pero sa mundong ating ginagalawan sa panahong ito, we have to adopt to the change ika nga, otherwise we will not survive. kasi nga, i worked in a global company with a footprint on almost all the continents, learning the major languages aside from english would be an advantage.
